Supporting Your Pelvic Health Journey
Gentle guidance for your pelvic well-being.
Pelvic Health Consultation
Pelvic health refers to how well the bladder, bowel and pelvic floor are functioning together, and plays an important role in overall physical, emotional and sexual wellbeing.
When things aren’t working as they should, it can affect comfort, confidence, and how you move day to day.
Pelvic health concerns can include: • Bladder or bowel leakage or urgency • Constipation • Pelvic organ prolapse • Pelvic or lower back pain • Hip pain • Discomfort with intimacy
A well-functioning pelvic floor and core can support: • Better bladder and bowel control • Reduced symptoms of prolapse • Improved comfort with movement and exercise • Greater confidence in daily life • Overall wellbeing and body awareness
Your appointment includes: • Comprehensive case history, including bladder, bowel and pelvic health symptoms • Full postural and movement assessment • Pelvic floor assessment (internal, with your consent if appropriate) • Abdominal and core assessment • Practical advice for daily movement and activity • A personalised rehabilitation plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle
This session provides a clear, supportive space to understand what’s going on and how to move forward — whether your symptoms are recent or long-standing.
